7-11 Store-to-store: NT$100
Free shipping for orders over NT$3000
Black Cat Home Delivery: NT$200
Free shipping for orders over NT$5000
Orders over NT$5000
will automatically be upgraded to Black Cat home delivery service
to ensure delivery quality and product safety.
Some fragile or special items
will be prioritized for home delivery.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on logistics.
The actual shipping time will be based on the order notification.
Q: What if an item shows as available but is actually out of stock?
A: If an item is out of stock due to a delay in inventory updates,
we will contact you immediately
and assist with canceling the order or providing other options.
Any payments made will be fully refunded.
